Operations Transformation Officer

A growing and innovative Insurance company is currently looking to hire an Operations Transformation Officer to join their offices in Brussels. Thanks to your experience in the financial sector, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within your team and the Group.

Your main responsibilities as the new Operations Transformation Officer will include:

• You will report to the manager of the Claims & Transversal Support team
• Analyse and propose improvements for processes
• Execution of user acceptance testing (UAT)
• You will proactively communicate with business on changes/developments made
• Elaboration of KPIs: Operations, risk, objectives
• You will work on smoothening the broker and client service networks.
• Prepare reports for management
• Risk: put controls in place to follow-up risk and compliance indicators

Your profile:

• A first experience in the financial sector is considered strong asset
• You have a master’s degree level education
• You speak English AND French or Dutch
