A growing and dynamic Insurance company is currently looking to hire a Product Expert to join their offices in Brussels.

Thanks to your experience in Insurance and Product Development, you will be the perfect addition to the company and will have an essential role within your team and will have for mission to design and manage the products, as well as optimize risk and develop the pricing model.

Your main responsibilities as the new Product Expert will include:

• Improving the definition of the product(s) and refining the general conditions from a customer perspective, in close collaboration with the Customer Journey, Marketing, Operations, Claims and IT teams
• Carrying out market research, analysing competitive positioning and identification of USPs for Motor/Home/Bike insurance products
• Carrying out analyses relating to rates, models, data, etc. and proactively sharing results within and beyond the team, proposing any appropriate corrective measures
• Promoting technical expertise in a collaborative manner within the team
• Developing and updating reporting systems designed to monitor the portfolio and new business activity
• Producing reports and analyses for top management

Your profile:

• You have a first experience in the Insurance sector and Product Development
• You come from a quantitative and economic background
• You are fluent in English, and in French or Dutch
