Your responsibilities as an Asset Manager :

• Act as the main contact for tenants and support long-term partnerships
• Develop and implement asset strategies to enhance value and manage risk
• Oversee financial planning and performance dashboards
• Ensure compliance with lease agreements and manage contract negotiations
• Coordinate property-related data and documentation
• Support new investment opportunities and assist in marketing initiatives
• Liaise with property managers and external stakeholders
• Report to local and group-level management

Your profile :

• You hold a Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Real Estate or Law
• You are skilled in financial analysis and contract negotiation
• You speak Dutch, and English fluently with an understanding of French
• You are organized, autonomous and enjoy working in a team
