Your responsibilities as a Relationship Manager:

• Build and sustain strong relationships with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and providing tailored financial solutions
• Offer credit services, loan structuring, cash flow management, trade finance solutions, and risk mitigation strategies
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations, manage credit risks effectively, and maintain accurate and comprehensive documentation
• Develop and customize financial products by analyzing market trends and contributing to strategic planning
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver seamless services and manage multinational client accounts
• Identify and engage potential new clients to drive revenue growth and expand the client portfolio
• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients while managing existing accounts
• Prepare detailed financial reports and monitor key performance metrics to assess overall success

About you:

• You hold a Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Finance, Economic Management, or a related field
• You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the financial industry, with at least 3 years focused on relationship management within corporate finance teams. Familiarity with local financial institutions is a strong asset
• You are fluent in English, with proficiency in French or Dutch as an advantage
• You have excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset
• You are highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to providing exceptional client service
