Your responsibilities as a Head of Daily Banking and Payment Products :

• Define and implement the product, pricing, and service strategy for daily banking and payments
• Ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels through efficient and agile processes
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team while promoting continuous improvement
• Oversee change initiatives, coordinate projects, and manage budgets to deliver results
• Monitor operational capacity, analyze performance data, and report timely and accurately to achieve KPIs and business plan targets
