For an organisation leader on its market, we are currently looking for a Contract & Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will provide an administrative support to Business Managers around their missions and projects. You will be close to their business and will act as a key central point of contact between the Operations, the Finance, and the Administration teams.

In this position as a Contract & Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

  • Handling the contract process: establishing new and updating existing contracts, managing the signature process, collecting, and checking the timesheets, etc.
  • Creating and following up projects in the system and providing accurate information to the different parties involved in the missions/projects
  • Ensuring the record of any relevant related data in the systems while maintaining the database up to date
  • Producing reports for the management to ease their decision-making process

The ideal profile of the Contract & Administrative Assistant:

  • You hold a bachelor’s or a master’s degree
  • You have a first (even short) experience in administration
  • You have a very good knowledge of French combined with a very good knowledge of English. A good knowledge of Dutch will be considered an asset.
  • You have a very good command of the MS Office package (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint). A knowledge of SharePoint and/or a CRM (e.g. Salesforce) will be considered an asset.
  • You have great communication and organizational skills.
  • You are driven and can demonstrate maturity and autonomy in your work.
