For an international company located in the heart of Brussels, we are currently looking for a Junior Team Assistant. You will directly report to the Manager and work hand in hand with a team of 6 dynamic and enthusiastic consultants.
In this position as a Junior Team Assistant, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Help the consultants in managing their calendars: day-to-day planning and booking of internal/external meetings, etc.
- Prepare and translate documents, presentations, posts and publications, adapt them to company standards and formats
- Maintain the filing system up to date, draft contracts and addendum where necessary, etc.
- Managing incoming and outgoing mails as well as answering, filtering and forwarding calls
- Support the administration team with the coordination of company events (Christmas Party, Summer Event, etc.)
The ideal profile of the Junior Team Assistant:
- You have at least a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in administration, translation, or equivalent in experience.
- You have an excellent knowledge of French combined with a very good knowledge of English. A knowledge of Dutch is an asset, but not a must.
- You have strong MS Office skills and can quickly learn new systems.
- You like to make decisions, you can demonstrate maturity and autonomy in your work, and you are service & solution minded.
- You have great organizational skills and time management is one of your strengths.
- You are looking for a dynamic and challenging work environment in an international context.
- You enjoy working in a team but can work independently as well.
