Ben jij klantgericht, communicatief sterk en heb je affiniteit met optiek en veiligheid? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou! Onze klant gelegen in Boechout is op zoek naar een Bediende Planning. Een functie waarbij je veel interne en externe contacten hebt en je planning skills optimaal kan benutten.

Jouw takenpakket als Bediende Planning:

• Het noteren en vervolledigen van klantaanvragen
• Het opstellen van een optimale planning voor servicebezoeken aan diverse bedrijven
• Coördinatie van routes om reistijd te minimaliseren en klanttevredenheid te maximaliseren
• Communicatie met klanten en service medewerkers om afspraken te bevestigen en eventuele wijzigingen door te voeren
• Bijhouden van administratieve gegevens met betrekking tot servicebezoeken en voorraadniveaus
• Oplossen van eventuele problemen of knelpunten in de planning.

Het ideale profiel als Bediende Planning:

• Ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
• Uitstekende talenkennis Nederlands en Frans
• Uitstekende organisatorische vaardigheden en oog voor detail
• Sterke communicatieve vaardigheden en klantgerichte instelling
• Stressbestendig en in staat om snel te schakelen
