Voor een bedrijf actief in de logistieke sector zijn wij op zoek naar een facturatiemedewerker om het team in de regio van Asse te versterken. Heb jij een eerste ervaring binnen administratie, facturatie en ben je op zoek naar een nieuwe uitdaging in de logistieke sector? Lees dan snel verder!

Jouw takenpakket als Facturatiemedewerker:

• Je verwerkt extra kosten en voert de facturatie uit
• Je volgt debiteuren op
• Je staat in voor het correct beantwoorden van vragen van klanten
• Je klasseert diverse documenten
• Je staat in voor het up-to-date houden van de dienstprijzen
• Je controleert en meldt de tijdsoverschrijdingen van de chauffeurs
• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het verifiëren van interne gegevens
• Je bereidt de datastroom voor

Het ideale profiel:

• Je hebt minstens een eerste ervaring binnen administratie en facturatie
• Voorgaande ervaring in de logistieke sector is een plus!
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden en een klantgerichte mindset
• Je bent een georganiseerd, mauwkeurig en stressbestendig persoon
• Je kan goed omgaan met strikte deadlines
