  • Je beantwoordt vragen via telefoon of email
  • Je beheert de vergaderzalen
  • Je bestelt kantoorbenodigdheden waar nodig
  • Je houdt gegevens van klanten up-to-date
  • Je organiseert reizen
  • Je biedt administratieve ondersteuning aan verschillende diensten

  • Je hebt reeds ervaring in een gelijkaardige functie
