Jouw takenpakket als Facility Officer:
• Je beheert facilitaire projecten
• Je biedt ondersteuning bij wettelijke keuringen & bouwkundige projecten
• Je staat in voor de optimalisatie van facilitaire processen
• Je beheert de stock op kantoor
• Je staat in voor de coördinatie van digitale meters
• Je structureert & digitaliseert contracten
• Je communiceert met interne & externe partijen

Het ideale profiel:
• Je hebt een diploma administratie/ facility management of equivalente werkervaring
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans
• Voorgaande ervaring binnen administratie of facility is een plus!
• Je hebt reeds ervaring met systemen voor ticketopvolging & contractbeheer
• Je hebt een probleemoplossend, proactieve werkhouding
• Je hebt sterke administratieve skills en kan goed prioriteiten leggen
• Je hebt goede communicatieve vaardigheden
