Are you a detail-oriented individual with a flair for organization and a passion for supporting the business? We are currently seeking a motivated and dedicated Recruitment Assistant to join our Business Support team. In this role, you will evolve in central crucial position, ensuring an efficient and accurate follow-up of the whole administration around all our hiring processes, thereby allowing our recruitment team to only focus on finding the best candidates for our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Job management: Draft engaging job advertisements: write compelling job ads and post them on various job boards to attract quality candidates.
  • Candidate management:
    • Prepare candidate profiles: gather and format CVs for our recruitment consultants to facilitate candidate presentations to the clients.
    • Engage with candidates and Clients whenever necessary: proactively communicate with them by email or phone calls to request their CVs, references, company information or confirm interviews.
  • Contract management: Collaborate with the Finance team to support monthly closing tasks, including compiling lists, forecasting, uploading documents, and sending reminder emails.
  • Internal follow-up
    • Maintain accurate data records: keep our clients, candidates, jobs database, boards and lists up to date by recording all relevant data accurately and efficiently.
    • Generate weekly and monthly reports to track recruitment metrics and support commercial actions.
    • Collaborate on marketing initiatives: Assist the marketing team with commercial actions, including email campaigns, events, and other promotional activities
  • Ad-hoc tasks

The ideal profile of Recruitment Assistant:

  • You have at least a bachelor’s or a master’s degree in administration, translation, or equivalent in experience.
  • You have an excellent knowledge of English (business language) combined with a very good knowledge of French and/or Dutch.
  • You have strong MS Office skills and can quickly learn new systems.
  • You are an enthusiastic, eager to learn, service & solution minded professional.
  • You have great communication and organization skills, and you can cope with stress when facing tight deadlines.
  • You are autonomous while being a real team-player who enjoys evolving in a challenging and fast-paced work environment.
  • Finally, you are meticulous and can demonstrate maturity and commitment.
