Office & Business Assistant

For our client who offers HR and accounting services, we are looking for an Office & Business Assistant. You will participate in the smooth running of this Brussels-based office and manage international clients in German, English, French and Dutch.

Your tasks as Office & Business Assistant:

  • Be the central point for customers, guiding them to the right employee to answer their questions.
  • Be responsible for incoming requests via post, phone, e-mail, etc.
  • Assist a team of ten accountants and HR with their administrative tasks.
  • Welcome international customers at the office.
  • Ensure invoices are in order of payment.
  • Follow up on customer payments.
  • Take care of some HR & Payroll tasks on the side

Your profile as Office & Business Assistant:

  • You have a bachelor’s degree in Office Management or an experience in a similar position.
  • You have good organizational skills, excellent time management and attention to detail.
  • You have a perfect knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written; you have a very good knowledge of French and Dutch.
  • You are discreet and respect the confidentiality of information handled.
  • You are a good communicator, stress-resistant and trustworthy.
