Administrative Assistant
Our client, an influential and well-established philanthropic organisation based in Brussels, is currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to join its collaborative and mission-driven team. Each year, the organisation supports thousands of projects and individuals through a variety of funding programmes and donation campaigns. As part of a team of 10, you will help manage the administrative and operational follow-up of these impactful initiatives.
Your Responsibilities as an Administrative Assistant:
- Support the processing and follow-up of financial support to associations and individuals
- Participate in the allocation and administration of over 150,000 donations annually
- Help manage online donation platforms and fundraising campaigns
- Act as the first point of contact for donors and assist with their requests
- Perform a wide range of administrative tasks with precision and autonomy
Your Profile of the ideal Administrative Assistant:
- You have a bachelor’s degree, ideally in Office Management, Business Administration, or equivalent
- You have experience in the non-profit or social sector, or a strong interest in current societal issues
- You are fluent in Dutch and French; good command of English is an asset
- You are confident using MS Office and CRM tools
- You are detail-oriented and ensure quality at every stage of the process
- You are organised, proactive, and capable of managing your own workload
- You enjoy working both independently and as part of a supportive team
- You are empathetic and people-oriented
