Corporate Banking Administrator
Are you a detail-oriented and proactive professional looking to grow in a dynamic and international corporate banking environment? A financial institution based in Brussels is looking for a Business Support Associate to strengthen its Corporate Banking Operations team.
In this role, you will ensure the smooth execution of daily operational processes, with a focus on quality, timeliness, and risk awareness. You’ll work across areas such as payments, cash management, guarantees, and trade finance support, while collaborating closely with both internal stakeholders and external clients.
Your Responsibilities :
As a Business Support Associate, you’ll play a key role in ensuring operational excellence within the team. You will:
- Execute daily operations with precision across payments, trade finance, and guarantees
- Prioritise and manage communications across shared mailboxes
- Provide accurate responses to client and internal queries
- Monitor and reconcile accounts, and ensure compliance with internal procedures
- Process payment instructions, maintain customer data, and support KYC-related tasks
- Assist with the issuance and follow-up of guarantees and trade finance documentation
- Contribute to internal controls, process documentation, and improvements
- Participate in projects such as testing and procedure enhancements
Your Profile :
We are seeking a structured and service-minded professional who thrives in a regulated and international environment.
- At least 2–4 years of relevant experience in operations or administrative banking support
- Fluent in English, with professional proficiency in Dutch and/or French
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and administrative processes
- Proficient with MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
- Proactive, client-oriented, and solutions-focused
- Resilient, adaptable, and a collaborative team player
