Senior Pitch Officer

A leading international law firm with a strong presence across Europe is looking for a Senior Pitch Officer to join its dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting partners and lawyers with high-quality proposals and client presentations.

Job Description

• Take ownership of proposals, pitches, RFPs, and public tender submissions across multiple practice areas.
• Collaborate closely with partners and the Business Development team to ensure high-quality, timely submissions.
• Coordinate and lead the preparation of pitch materials, proposals, and client presentations.
• Support colleagues on various projects as needed, providing backup assistance.
• Contribute to a variety of business development initiatives, including events and client-facing presentations.
• Manage projects independently while maintaining strong collaboration with senior stakeholders.

Your profile :

• A 5-year experience in business development, proposal management, or procurement, ideally within a law firm, professional services, or consulting environment.
• Speaking and writing perfectly in French and English, with a good working knowledge of Dutch.
• Strong project management abilities, capable of independently managing processes from initiation to completion.
• Energetic, solution-oriented, and able to thrive in fast-moving, high-pressure environments.
• Excellent communicator who works well in a team and can build strong internal and external relationships.
