Project Manager

For our client that is a professional services provider in the healthcare sector, we are looking for Project Manager. As a Project Manager, you will join a specialized communications and events team and you will contribute to the management of the agency’s projects such as media projects (print & digital), events, immersive digital platforms and play an active role in the client relationship management.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks :

• End-to-end project follow-up (from briefing to delivery);
• Review and validation of communication materials (print & digital);
• Operational support during events (on-site, hybrid, and virtual);
• Coordination with the events team for the organization of client events;
• Close collaboration with internal departments (e.g. creative or production teams) to ensure synergies and optimize performance;
• Handling daily client requests;
• Participation in the preparation of quotations and their implementation in the CRM system;
• Support of account managers during client meetings;
• Leading client meetings to gather project briefings;
• Identifying new opportunities with existing clients;
• Follow-up of purchase orders and invoicing.

The ideal profile of a Project Manager :

• You are an excellent communicator (Bilingual NL-FR is mandatory and a good command of English);
• You are flexible, organized and have an eye for details;
• You can work independently as well as in a team;
• You can handle stress and pressure;
• You are dynamic;
• You are proactive;
• You have organizational and communication skills;
• You are confident with modern tools and communication channels;
• 2 – 4 years of experience in project coordination / project management / as an account executive is a plus;
• Knowledge of the healthcare world is a plus;
• A good command of design tools (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, …) is a plus.
