Student Administrative and Customer Support
Are you looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in an international environment where customer support and problem-solving are at the heart of the role? A global organization is currently looking for a Administrative and Customer support to join its support team. In this role, you will assist customers through email-based support and collaborate with internal teams to ensure inquiries are handled efficiently and professionally.
This is an entry-level, part-time position, working remotely on weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
Your Responsibilities
As a Global Support Analyst, you will provide essential support to customers and internal teams, ensuring inquiries are handled accurately and within defined service standards. Your main tasks will include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email using predefined responses and knowledge base articles
- Handling incoming cases systematically through a ticketing system
- Managing open cases and ensuring timely follow-up in line with service level targets
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer inquiries
- Ensuring smooth case handover between teams across different offices and time zones
- Maintaining high-quality case handling in line with company policies and procedures
- Supporting internal stakeholders when needed
- Contributing to customer satisfaction through professional and efficient service
Your Profile as Administrative and Customer support
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused professional who enjoys working in a structured and collaborative environment.
- Previous experience in customer support, helpdesk, or administrative roles is preferred
- Experience working with ticketing systems or CRM tools (Salesforce is a plus)
- Strong written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse range of stakeholders
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented mindset with a friendly and professional approach
- Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) required
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, Google Workspace, Slack or Zoom is a plus
Education & Languages
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Previous experience in customer support or corporate administrative environments is an advantage
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required
- Additional languages are considered an asset in this international environment
