Our client, a start-up leader on its market located in the Brabant Wallon, is currently looking for an Office Manager. Do you like being in a very central role and acting as the first point of contact while performing miscellaneous clerical duties? Then don’t hesitate to apply now! The company is in the region of Wauthier Braine, and is easy to reach but requires a car.

As an Office Manager, you will perform the following tasks:

  • Coordinating the daily operations and the running of the office: ordering office supplies, assuring quality office, liaising with the building concierge, the suppliers and stakeholders and working closely with the head office (for facilities, IT and finance services)
  • Assisting the CEO and the business with administrative duties: handling agendas, coordinating projects where necessary, preparing documentations and presentations, assisting with correspondence and meetings coordination, handling travels arrangements, expense notes, etc.
  • Assisting with the organisation of seasonal events (agenda, invitations, logistics, etc.)
  • Leading ad-hoc administrative duties (reporting where necessary, database update, etc.)

The ideal profile of the Office Manager:

  • You are immediately or quickly available to start.
  • You have a first similar experience, ideally in a demanding and fast-paced work environment.
  • You have a very good English with a very good knowledge of French. A good knowledge of Dutch is a plus, but not necessary.
  • You have strong organizational skills and excellent attention to details.
  • You are able to multitask, prioritize demands and take initiatives.
  • You are self-motivated and service-oriented; you have a problem-solving mentality, adaptability, flexibility.
