An exciting opportunity as Office Manager has just become available at one of our clients located in the East of Brussel. Our client is active in the service sector and is a leader on its market. In this role, you will evolve in a human-sized team, in a central, polyvalent and autonomous position where you will take care of all the administrative tasks.

As Office Manager, you will be more specifically responsible for the following tasks:
- Managing and coordinating the office agenda (holidays, visits of clients and other external stakeholders, etc.)
- Organizing meetings and appointments, and the whole logistics around these, taking minutes and drafting reports where necessary
- Participating to the organization of major market events, coordinating travel arrangements where necessary
- Ordering office supplies, verifying incoming invoices, and ensuring their payment
- Supporting with ad-hoc administrative tasks: update of the sales brochure, archiving, update of the database, reporting, etc.
Ideal profile of the Office Manager:
- You have a very good knowledge of English (business language), combined with a very good knowledge of French. An operational of Dutch will be considered an asset, but is not a must.
- You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role (Management Assistant, Office Manager, etc.).
- You have a good knowledge of MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
- You have excellent communication and organizational skills.
- You are proactive, adaptive and hands-on.
- You can cope with stress, are service-minded and detailed-oriented.
