This role is critical to the smooth running of the CEO’s agenda and daily operations, requiring a strategic thinker who thrives under pressure, handles high-level clients with professionalism, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative and supportive team.

Your Key Responsibilities as a Personal Assistant:

  • Proactive diary management, prioritising and coordinating meetings with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Organise complex business travel arrangements, ensuring seamless logistics.
  • Prepare meeting materials, reports, and briefing notes ahead of time.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for high-profile clients and business partners.
  • Manage and follow up on key projects, deadlines, and action points.
  • Support the CEO in day-to-day operations, allowing them to focus on strategic priorities.

What You Bring as a Personal Assistant:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to C-level executives.
  • Highly organised, structured, and able to anticipate needs before they arise.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage demanding clients with tact and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and adaptable attitude.
  • Enjoys working as part of a team, fostering collaboration and efficiency.
  • Fluent in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant tools.
