Your Responsibilities as an Office Manager:
- Office Management: Oversee daily office operations (supplies, vendor management, IT coordination, maintenance...).
- Finance & Administration: Monitor budgets, handle invoices, liaise with the accountant, and assist with audits.
- Human Resources: Manage administrative HR tasks, onboard new employees, and oversee contracts.
- Event Planning & Communication: Organize meetings, conferences, and internal/external events.
- Team Support: Serve as the main point of contact for all operational and organizational matters.
Who You Are?
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar multi-tasking role.
- Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a plus.
- Highly versatile, autonomous, and structured, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and coordination abilities.
- Proficient in office software; experience with accounting or HR tools is a plus.
- Background in financial and administrative management is an advantage.
