Management Assistant

Your Responsibilities
As an Executive Assistant, you will provide essential support to the leadership team and ensure smooth coordination across the association’s activities. Your key tasks will include:
- Managing complex agendas, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics for senior management
- Preparing and maintaining official documents, presentations, and reports
- Supporting the follow-up and coordination with members and stakeholders
- Handling correspondence, meeting minutes, and document archiving
- Assisting in the organization of internal and external events, including member meetings and conferences
- Providing general administrative and office support to ensure operational efficiency
Your Profile
We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented, and service-minded professional who thrives in an international and fast-evolving environment.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar Executive Assistant or Office Management role
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
- Fluent in English and French (both written and spoken); Dutch is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and ability to interact confidently with senior stakeholders and members
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with digital collaboration tools
- Proactive, flexible, and able to manage priorities independently
- Strong sense of discretion and professionalism
