Temporary Operations support
A global and internationally recognized organization is looking for an Operations Specialist to support and coordinate operational processes in an international environment. This role is ideal for someone organized and detail-oriented who enjoys working with processes, handling cases, and collaborating with different stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities as operations specialist
As an Operations Specialist, you will help ensure operational activities run smoothly and meet defined service levels. Your main tasks will include:
- Monitoring and managing cases until resolution
- Responding to inquiries and updating information in internal systems
- Communicating with international partners and internal teams to gather or provide information
- Tracking assigned tasks and reporting on progress
- Identifying issues and escalating them when necessary
- Supporting operational processes and cross-functional projects
- Performing data checks and ensuring accuracy of information
- Preparing reports and updates for management
Your Profile as operations specialist
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operations, administration, customer support or a similar role
- Experience working in an international environment is a plus
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is required; additional languages are an asset
- Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Comfortable interacting with different stakeholders
- Ability to manage several tasks and priorities simultaneously
- Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills
- Proactive and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Experience with CRM systems or ticketing tools is an advantage
- Familiarity with tools such as Salesforce, Smartsheet, Slack or Zoom is a plus
