Controller

A successful and ambitious global company, which is one of the key players in the medical care business, is looking for a talented Controller. Headquartered in Mechelen, you will join a fast-paced company where you will find a friendly, dedicated work environment with many opportunities.

A few of your main responsibilities as Controller:

• Monthly closing activities
• Providing reports with meaningful variance analysis
• Monthly, Quarterly and Annual reporting
• Management Reports P&L & Balance Sheet
• Follow-up on ad-hoc requests
• Coordinate and support budgeting process based on inputs received from budget holders
• Manage annual audit processes and follow-up and provide on information requests from auditors
• Support ad-hoc and annually defined improvement projects

Required profile for the role as Controller:

• Master degree in economics, finance or accounting or relevant experience
• A proven track record as a Finance of Business Controller in a multinational environment
• Solid knowledge of Excel, SAP and/or Oracle are strongly recommended
• Proficient in English. Dutch and French are a nice to have
• Strong business acumen – you understand the big picture
