Fleet Controller

Your responsibilities as a Fleet Controller :

• Analyze and control fleet costs with metrics
• Prepare annual budget and monthly forecasts for key fleet cost categories
• Provide actionable insights on financial fleet KPIs and propose corrective actions for deviations
• Develop reporting to analyze margin per car category
• Support monthly presentations by preparing fleet data and providing business insights
• Collaborate on initiatives to reduce fleet costs
• Ensure accurate fleet cost reporting for monthly closings
• Review and validate monthly fleet costs with relevant teams
• Analyze and explain cost deviations from budget and forecast
• Prepare detailed fleet costs by category or code
• Deliver ad-hoc analyses as needed
• Act as Finance Business Partner for Fleet, translating business needs into financial insights
• Lead reporting on fleet performance and financing, proposing process improvements
• Ensure alignment between financing plans and fleet rotation strategies

About you :

• You have previous experience in Accounting and Controlling
• You possess strong analytical skills and are data-driven, capable of synthesizing and interpreting complex information
• You excel at presenting data and insights to all levels of management
• You are structured, detail-oriented, and efficient, with excellent organizational skills
• You can meet tight deadlines and adapt to working under pressure when required
• You thrive in a team environment but are also comfortable working independently
• You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• You can navigate and adapt to systems that may not always be optimal
• You seamlessly switch between strategic overviews and detailed analyses
• You have a good level of English, both spoken and written
• You are proficient in advanced Excel analytics, PowerPoint, Google Sheets, and Google Slides
• You are experienced with consolidation and reporting tools
