Voor een sterke speler actief in vastgoed zijn wij op zoek naar een Junior Financial Controller. Heb je minstens een Master in Finance en bezit je over goede communicatieve vaardigheden? Neem dan zeker eens een kijkje naar onderstaande vacature!

Als Junior Financial Controller zorg je voor inzicht in de financiele prestaties van het de onderneming en fungeer je daarnaast als rechterhand van de CFO:

• Je analyseert/ rapporteert de financiële gegevens
• Je monitort de prestaties van de organisatie
• Je rapporteert rechtstreeks aan de CFO
• Je staat in voor de optimalisatie van interne organisaties
• Je bent medeverantwoordelijk voor de implementatie van nieuwe systemen
• Je ondersteunt de ontwikkeling van financiële procedures

Het ideale profiel:

• Je hebt minstens een Master in Finance of een gelijkaardige richting
• Je hebt minstens 1-3 jaar werkervaring
• Je bent een expert in MS Excel
• Je bezit over goede communicatieve vaardigheden
• Je hebt reeds ervaring met rapportage- en analysesystemen
• Je bent een analytisch, nauwkeurig persoon dat proactief meedenkt met de organisatie
