Financial Controller

Your main responsibilities as a Financial Controller:

• Manage various reporting activities to Group
• Oversee reconciliations and stock movements
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Conduct margin analysis
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues and discrepancies
• Ensure adherence to Group procedures and foster continuous process improvements by identifying opportunities
• Validate sales forecasts and prepare cash flow and monthly forecasts
• Support the Country Head Benelux in budget preparation and monitoring
• Supervise a team of 2 colleagues

About You:

• You hold a Bachelor’s degree in accounting or equivalent
• You bring a minimum of 5 years' experience in an accounting role, ideally within an international context
• You possess strong knowledge of accounting and financial processes, including financial closure and reporting
• Proficiency in MS Excel and other MS Office tools is essential, familiarity with JDE (Oracle) is a plus
• You are fluent in Dutch and French, with a good command of English
• You demonstrate commitment to financial functions and meet deadlines with precision
• You have excellent communication skills and are able to resolve complex issues
• You have strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy
