Group Controller

Your responsibilities as a Group Controller:

• Evaluate business plans, cash flows, and financial performance to identify risks and opportunities
• Support budgeting, financial analysis, and forecasting for effective execution
• Review balance sheets, income statements, and cash flows
• Prepare quarterly reports using key financial and performance indicators
• Analyze financial data across countries to assess overall health
• Monitor risk exposure in the development portfolio
• Maintain and optimize financial and operational data systems
• Enhance processes, reporting, and system integration
• Collaborate with the Head of Group Controlling as part of a dynamic team

Your profile:

• You have 2-6 years of experience in controlling, audit, or financial analysis
• You speak fluent English and Dutch or French
• You have strong analytical skills and interpret financial data with ease
• You have advanced skills in Excel, and Power BI knowledge is a plus
• You have experience or interest in real estate, construction, or development
• You are a team player with a goal-driven mindset
• You adapt quickly to changing priorities and deadlines
• You communicate confidently and challenge ideas effectively
