Junior Business Controller with company car

The Role as Junior Business Controller:

· Managing monthly financial reporting processes.

· Analyzing client profitability and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards.

· Reviewing budget proposals and providing financial recommendations related to HR.

· Following up on IT budgets.

· Supporting potential M&A discussions and analyses.

· You will report directly to the Group CFO.

Profile as Junior Business Controller:

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

· A Master degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Economics

· 3 to 5 years of experience

· Trilingual in French, Dutch, and English.

· Strong analytical skills

· Proficiency in MS office

· A proactive attitude

· Stress resistant and problem-solving skills.

· Experience in team and project management, while also able to work independently.
