Project Controller

Looking for your next challenge in finance? As a Project Controller in the real estate sector, you’ll oversee financial performance and drive the success of key projects in Brussels.

Your responsibilities as a Project Controller :

• Analyze budgets, monitor variances, and ensure financial transparency
• Act as the main finance contact for project managers, providing budgeting and financing insights
• Review costs and ensure alignment with the approved budget
• Prepare quarterly reports and communicate variances to stakeholders
• Reconcile financial data with accounting records
• Identify process improvements and collaborate with project managers
• Support corporate finance with cash planning and business plans

Your profile :

• You have 3-4 years of experience in Controlling, Audit, or project finance. Real estate or construction experience is a plus
• You are fluent in French and/or Dutch with good English skills
• You are a team player, detail-oriented, and comfortable with deadlines
• You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• You are proficient in Excel; Power BI knowledge is a bonus
