Your responsibilities as a Plant Controller :

• Prepare financial reports and variance analysis
• Consolidate and validate results with local finance teams
• Support month-end closing and ensure IFRS compliance
• Develop and manage KPI dashboards and forecasting models
• Collaborate on budgeting and provide product-level insights
• Monitor plant performance and ensure transfer pricing compliance
• Train and support plant controllers to improve processes
• Provide commercial insights on sales forecasts, Capex, and ROI
• Lead or support financial projects like cost reduction and ERP optimization
• Manage cash flow and working capital efficiency
• Handle ad hoc financial analysis and system improvements
• Provide backup for accounting tasks as needed

About you :

• You hold a Master’s degree in economics, finance, or a related field
• You have 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling, reporting, or audits
• You have experience in manufacturing and international financial settings
• You are proficient in Excel and familiar with ERP systems; Power BI is a plus
• You have an analytical mindset, attention to detail, and can meet tight deadlines
• You are fluent in English
