Finance & Compliance Controller

Your responsibilities as a Finance & Compliance Controller :

Financial & business controlling

• Manage budgeting, forecasting and performance analysis
• Review business results and identify trends
• Assess financial impact of regional initiatives
• Calculate commission schemes
• Maintain reporting and support automation efforts

Accounting & compliance

• Oversee accounting and tax tasks for selected Belgian and Dutch entities
• Support monthly and annual closing routines
• Monitor indirect and direct tax requirements
• Act as main finance contact for internal/external stakeholders
• Assist the Finance Manager Benelux
• Collaborate with the Shared Services Centre

About you :

• You hold a degree in Finance or Business Administration
• You bring 2–5 years’ experience in finance, compliance or audit
• You adopt a learning mindset and stay positive
• You have strong analytical skills and value accuracy
• You are fluent in English; extra languages are an advantage
• You may know SAP, Qlikview or OneStream
