Financial Controller

Your responsibilities as a Financial Controller :

• Ensure accurate monthly closings, review Balance Sheet accounts, and monitor SSC outputs
• Support audits, annual accounts preparation, tax returns, and VAT compliance
• Develop budgets and forecasts, analyze deviations, and suggest corrective actions
• Identify financial risks and opportunities, proposing improvements to processes
• Prepare ad-hoc financial analyses and KPIs to support strategic decisions
• Lead reporting, meetings, and translate business assumptions into actionable insights

About you :

• You have at least 5 years of experience in accounting and controlling roles
• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English and skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Google Suite
• You have strong knowledge of IFRS and BE GAAP and can apply them accurately
• You are analytical, results-oriented, and able to synthesize complex data for management
• You are structured, detail-oriented, efficient, and can manage deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• You work effectively both independently and in a team, adapting quickly to change and imperfect systems
