• Acting as a trusted advisor to local management.
• Identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains.
• Ensuring compliance with local regulations and internal policies.
• Partnering closely with the CFO and other stakeholders to drive financial success.
• Managing monthly closings and providing guidance on accruals and commissions.
• Delivering clear, data-driven reports based on reliable KPIs (daily/weekly/monthly).
• Analysing performance metrics and addressing issues alongside relevant managers.
• Preparing accurate monthly forecasts and annual budgets.
• Monitoring stock valuations, internal controls, and overall performance.

• A Master’s degree in Applied Economics or equivalent qualifications.
• A first experience in financial audit or consultancy is highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and their functionalities is a plus.
• Strong command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is an advantage.
