Accounting Manager

A regional accounting firm in Zomergem has strong ambitions to grow and is therefore looking for a strategic Accounting Manager with a vision who can take the team and the company to the next level.

Some of your main tasks as Accounting Manager:

• Co-managing and coaching 15 experienced employees, acting as a motivator and monitoring and guiding your team's growth trajectory.
• Monitoring the team objectives and ensuring that quality standards are met
• Building client relationships and closely following up their files providing advice and assistance during the process
• You will be part of the management team and define the vision and strategy together with the partners

The ideal profile as Accounting Manager:

• You hold a degree within Finance or accounting
• You have obtained your ITAA certificate and you have several years of experience in coaching a team within accounting
• You have an innovative, entrepreneurial outlook and you dare to proactively come up with new ideas and suggestions
• You attach great importance to good collaboration and open communication. You are easy to get on with and have a positive and energetic attitude
• You have a healthy ambition to grow further, with the option of becoming a partner
