Jouw takenpakket als Financial Assistant:

• Je bent verantwoordelijk voor het opmaken van diverse facturen
• Je staat in voor de opvolging van de facturatie en de cashflow
• Je staat in voor het administratief en financieel opvolgen van diverse contracten in SAP en FMIS
• Je ondersteunt Contract Managers tijdens de voorbereiding van maandelijkse project reviews
• Je ondersteunt de Business Unit Manager tijdens de voorbereidingen van maandelijkse business reviews

Het ideale profiel:

• Je hebt minimum een Bachelors- of Masterdiploma of hebt equivalente werkervaring
• Je hebt minimum een eerste ervaring in een soortgelijke functie
• Je spreekt vloeiend Nederlands en Frans, en hebt een goede kennis Engels
• Je kan nauwkeurig werken en je bent analytisch ingesteld
• Je hebt een goede kennis MS Office, in het bijzonder MS Excel
• Je hebt bij voorkeur kennis van SAP
• Je bent klantgericht en een echte teamplayer
