Your responsibilities as a Senior Underwriter Motor:

• You oversee the development of the fleet portfolio
• You ensure the implementation of effective processes for policy and claims management
• You handle accurate data entry and prepare reports to monitor risks and their financial impact
• You take part in projects aimed at growing the portfolio
• You maintain strong relationships with brokers
• You work closely with the claims and liability teams

Your profile:

• You hold a Master's degree (or equivalent experience)
• You bring at least five years of expertise as an Underwriter in an international insurance company, brokerage, or similar organization
• You communicate fluently in Dutch, French, and English
• You are proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and other digital tools
• You enjoy collaborating with cross-departmental teams
• You can work both autonomously and within a team
• You excel in decision-making, time management, and process optimization
