Group Finance Reporting Manager

Your responsibilities as a Group Finance Reporting Manager:

• Oversee the financial reporting system, ensuring its effective use across regions
• Provide training to regional finance teams on utilizing the reporting tool
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation in financial reporting
• Integrate financial reporting requirements into the Group ERP system and ensure smooth adoption
• Collaborate with the Group Controller to align reporting with the group’s finance strategy
• Ensure financial data accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards

About you:

• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• You have at least 5 years of experience in financial reporting and consolidation in a multinational or Big 4 environment
• You have strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and regulatory standards
• You are proficient in ERP systems and financial reporting tools
• You can manage multiple priorities, work independently, and meet tight deadlines
• You are fluent in English and French, with Dutch being a plus
