Accounting Manager

Join a leading organization as an Accounting Manager in Brussels. Take on a key role overseeing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving process efficiency. If you have a strong background in accounting and leadership, this opportunity is for you.

Your responsibilities as an Accounting Manager:

  • Oversee financial compliance, ensuring adherence to IFRS, local GAAP, and tax regulations
  • Manage monthly IFRS closings and validate P&L and balance sheet accuracy
  • Collaborate with global teams to optimize processes and streamline reporting
  • Lead audits and ensure strong internal controls

About you:

  • You hold a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • You have at least 10 years of experience in finance, preferably in an industrial environment or listed company
  • You have strong knowledge of digital finance, SAP, and financial tools
  • You have proven experience in team leadership and cross-department collaboration
  • You are proactive, with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
