Finance Manager

Your responsibilities as a Finance Manager:

• Oversee financial accounting, reporting, budgeting, cash flow forecasts, and projections for management
• Lead financial reporting to the Board, ensuring compliance with local, state, and federal tax requirements
• Manage daily interactions with banks, financial institutions, and external property management
• Coordinate budgeting, forecasting, and handle legal/tax matters, including VAT claims
• Monitor cash flow, receivables, invoicing, and payments
• Maintain internal accounting processes, prepare financial statements, and support year-end closing
• Develop business processes and accounting policies to strengthen internal controls

Your profile:

• You are fluent in Dutch, French, and English (additional languages are a plus)
• You hold a university degree in Finance or a related field
• You have around 7 to 10 years of experience in financial management within the real estate sector or construction sector
• You are proficient in ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics
• You have strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
