Finance Director

Your responsibilities as a Finance Director :

• Streamline European accounting processes and ensure adoption of best practices
• Supervise European consolidation and ensure compliance with local GAAP and US GAAP
• Prepare financial analyses, forecasts, and ad hoc reports
• Manage treasury, cash flow, and foreign exchange hedging
• Lead transfer pricing compliance and support tax filings
• Conduct internal audits and analytical reviews for domestic and international subsidiaries
• Support policy development for regulatory compliance and participate in strategic projects

About you :

• You hold a Master Degree in Finance
• You have at least 15 years of experience in a similar role
• You are experienced in multicurrency P&L, consolidations, and financial reporting
• You understand GAAP & IFRS and have strong technical accounting skills
• You communicate effectively, collaborate across teams, and thrive in fast-paced environments
• You are proficient in Microsoft Office; Sage X3 is a plus
