A growing Belgian SME with a strong international footprint is seeking a dynamic and forward‑thinking Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join its leadership team. The company is headquartered in the Kortrijk region, with several offices and operational entities around the world

• Lead the finance function across multiple international entities.
• Drive process simplification, efficiency improvements, and digitalisation initiatives.
• Strengthen and streamline financial reporting, with a strong focus on management reporting for shareholders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, cash management, and compliance across global operations.
• Provide strategic insights to support growth plans, investment decisions, and transformation initiatives.
• Build strong partnerships across the leadership team and support change across the organisation.
• Lead and develop the finance team, fostering a culture of ownership and continuous improvement.

• Proven experience in senior finance leadership, ideally as CFO or Finance Director within an SME.
• Strong track record in driving transformation projects, including process and system optimisation.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on approach to combining strategic vision and operational excellence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with fluency in Dutch, English, and French.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, internationally focused growth environment.
