OTC Trade Support Analyst

Our client, an international asset management organisation with a sustainability-driven mindset, is looking for an OTC Trade Support Analyst to reinforce its Global Operations function.
You will act as a key link between front office, operations, compliance and external service providers, ensuring accurate trade processing and high service quality.
The tasks of the OTC Trade Support Analyst:
- Ensure accurate booking, validation and transmission of OTC trades
- Monitor trade confirmations, lifecycle events and outstanding items in line with EMIR requirements
- Investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies
- Oversee KPIs and service quality delivered by outsourced providers
- Act as a first point of escalation for investment teams and internal stakeholders
- Contribute to operational projects and continuous process improvements
The ideal profile of the OTC Trade Support Analyst:
- University degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent experience
- Solid understanding of asset management and financial instruments, including OTC products
- Experience or strong interest in middle-office / trade support activities
- Comfortable working with Excel and standard Office tools (VBA is a plus)
- Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
- Confident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders
