OTC Trade Support Analyst

Are you looking for a role where you sit close to investment teams while keeping a strong operational and regulatory focus? Our client, an international asset management organisation with a sustainability-driven mindset, is looking for an OTC Trade Support Analyst to reinforce its Global Operations function.

You will act as a key link between front office, operations, compliance and external service providers, ensuring accurate trade processing and high service quality.

The tasks of the OTC Trade Support Analyst:

  • Ensure accurate booking, validation and transmission of OTC trades
  • Monitor trade confirmations, lifecycle events and outstanding items in line with EMIR requirements
  • Investigate and resolve trade breaks and discrepancies
  • Oversee KPIs and service quality delivered by outsourced providers
  • Act as a first point of escalation for investment teams and internal stakeholders
  • Contribute to operational projects and continuous process improvements

The ideal profile of the OTC Trade Support Analyst:

  • University degree in Finance, Economics or equivalent experience
  • Solid understanding of asset management and financial instruments, including OTC products
  • Experience or strong interest in middle-office / trade support activities
  • Comfortable working with Excel and standard Office tools (VBA is a plus)
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail
  • Confident communicator, able to work with multiple stakeholders
