As an Accountant, your tasks will include:

• Ensuring integrity and control of all account postings in 3E Books for legal entities, offices, and countries.
• Reconciling balances and preparing accurate submissions for statutory, regulatory, and compliance obligations.
• Acting as a primary business partner to local/regional COOs and OMPs for budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
• Supporting office/regional managing partners and business service teams with financial analysis and variance reporting.
• Championing continuous improvement initiatives aligned with firm and function strategy.

Ideal profile for the accountant:

• A bachelor’s degree in accounting and the knowledge of Belgian accounting norms
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar position
• Having worked in an international environment and preferable in a law firm
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in written and spoken English with a good level of French
• Good knowledge of Excel
