Senior Business Analyst

Your responsibilities as a Senior Business Analyst:

• Track project progress and coordinate follow-up meetings
• Assist business teams in optimizing processes and improving efficiency
• Support teams in using business processes and management software
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Ensure proper understanding and application of operational processes
• Collaborate with external vendors on ongoing developments
• Create test scenarios and participate in testing new features
• Research potential solutions and engage with providers
• Continuously assess and enhance processes and applications

Your profile:

• You have a master’s degree with 10+ years of experience or equivalent expertise
• You have strong experience in life insurance, especially on the 2nd pillar
• You are skilled in business process analysis and financial reporting in insurance
• You have project management experience
• You are fluent in Dutch and French
• You have experience with CRM systems, brokerage software, and insurance applications
• You are familiar with data modeling, Sigedis, and Belcotax (a plus)
