Interim Senior Plant Controller

For a leading company in the manufacturing sector, we are looking for an experienced Interim Senior Plant Controller to support one of its production sites in Eeklo. This is a temporary assignment from April 2026 until October 2026, ideal for a senior finance professional who thrives in a dynamic industrial environment and has strong SAP S/4HANA expertise.

You will play a key role during a critical transformation phase, combining hands-on plant controlling with involvement in a major SAP implementation.

The Interim Senior Plant Controller’s key responsibilities include:

• Actively participate in an SAP S/4HANA implementation, providing expert support during the testing phase (May) and the go-live phase (August).
• Take responsibility for plant controlling at the largest production site, working in close collaboration with another plant controller.
• Manage the transfer pricing process, including cost updates across the full product portfolio.
• Contribute to the budgeting process and financial planning activities.
• Perform the monthly financial close, including the half-year closing.
• Prepare ad-hoc business cases and support a wide range of operational and financial questions from the plant organization.

The Interim Senior Plant Controller’s profile:

• Proven experience in a senior controlling role within a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is essential, ideally with hands-on involvement in implementations or go-lives.
• Solid understanding of plant controlling, cost structures, and transfer pricing.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production context.
• Able to work independently while also collaborating effectively with finance and operations stakeholders.
• Available for a temporary assignment from April to October 2026 and able to work on-site in Eeklo.
