Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities of the Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst:

• Produce Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling Illustrations (quotations).
• Support the Chief Actuary with technical analysis and proposed solutions.
• Assist international Network Members with their quotation preparation.
• Support the Sales department regarding multinational accounts and pooling illustrations.
• Prepare statistics, figures, and analytical summaries for both internal teams and external partners.
• Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders (sales, network members, etc.).
• Maintain existing analytical tools (Excel and Access) and test new developments.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects related to employee benefits, pooling, and international insurance operations.

The ideal Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst:

• Holds 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, mathematics, economics, or financial institutions.
• Possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree.
• Knowledge of VBA or another programming language is a plus.
• Experience in Employee Benefits or reinsurance systems is an advantage.
• Graduate actuary status is an additional asset.
• Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
• Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and structured processes.
• Able to work independently while also contributing in a collaborative team environment.
