Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst

Responsibilities of the Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst:
- Produce Multinational Accounts and Multinational Pooling Illustrations (quotations).
- Support the Chief Actuary with technical analysis and proposed solutions.
- Assist international Network Members with their quotation preparation.
- Support the Sales department regarding multinational accounts and pooling illustrations.
- Prepare statistics, figures, and analytical summaries for both internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate deliverables, timelines, and expectations with stakeholders (sales, network members, etc.).
- Maintain existing analytical tools (Excel and Access) and test new developments.
- Contribute to cross-functional projects related to employee benefits, pooling, and international insurance operations.
The ideal Junior Group Employee Benefits Analyst:
- Holds 1 to 3 years of experience in insurance, mathematics, economics, or financial institutions.
- Possesses at least a Bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of VBA or another programming language is a plus.
- Experience in Employee Benefits or reinsurance systems is an advantage.
- Graduate actuary status is an additional asset.
- Fluent in English; any additional language is a plus.
- Highly organized, accurate, and comfortable working with numbers and structured processes.
- Able to work independently while also contributing in a collaborative team environment.
