FP&A Leader

A leading company in the retail sector is looking for an exceptional FP&A Leader to join its dynamic team. Based in Brussels, you are going to report directly to the CFO.

Responsibilities as FP&A Leader:

• Lead the FP&A team and recruit essential FP&A professionals to achieve objectives
• Oversee planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes, including the country's budget and 5-year business plan, adapting to strategic changes as needed
• Conduct performance analysis, reporting, and facilitate decision-making through pertinent financial insights and advice
• Enable the implementation of innovative strategic business models for future growth
• Network with finance peers across the West-Europe Zone

• You bring extensive FP&A expertise
• You possess prior management experience
• You have a deep passion for finance and an analytical approach
• You excel in a fast-paced environment and relish challenges
• You are proactive and adept at challenging the status quo
• You are fluent in English and proficient in either French or Dutch
