As a European Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist, you’ll play an integral part in ensuring compliance, driving efficiency, and shaping the future of tax and transfer pricing strategies in a fast-paced environment.
Your responsibilities as a European Tax & Transfer Pricing Specialist:
- Prepare and file corporate tax and withholding tax returns, review statutory financials, and handle tax computations
- Create master and local files, conduct industry analyses, and prepare country-by-country reports to ensure consistency and compliance
- Monitor intercompany transactions, assess and adjust transfer pricing policies, and support future flows of goods and services in ERP systems
- Manage year-end tax accounting, quarterly reporting, and forecasting while supporting audits and performing GAP analyses
- Analyze and process financial data from systems like SAP and HFM, diagnose data issues, and collaborate on improving reporting solutions
- Work closely with shared services, local finance teams, and international advisors to optimize the company’s tax structure and ensure cost-efficiency
- Assist in tax audits, benchmarking, valuations, and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
About you:
- You have a solid finance and/or transfer pricing background, with 4 to 7 years of relevant experience in a multinational company or tax consultancy
- You bring practical knowledge of SAP and Hyperion Financial Management (experience with Qlikview or similar tools is a bonus)
- You can apply technical tax rules to real-world business situations, demonstrating a creative, flexible approach to problem-solving
- You thrive as a self-starter with initiative, a hands-on attitude, and a sense of humor that makes you a pleasure to work with
- You excel in interpersonal skills, fostering strong partnerships with external advisors and internal teams
- You are fluent in English, with French, German, or Dutch as a plus but not mandatory
